We’ve built a smarter way to report incidents in Century City. Century City Assist replaces our previous app with a personal dashboard, a chatbot that guides you and a direct line to our Service Operations Centre, all in one place. The existing app will be removed soon, so please switch to Century City Assist today.

There is nothing to download. You can use Century City Assist from your desktop or your phone by opening century-city-assist.centurycity.co.za in your browser.

Getting started

You only need to register once. Sign up with your email address and choose a password to create your personal profile.

What you can do on Century City Assist

Report an incident. Fill in the form and your report goes to our Service Control Centre.

Track your reports in one place. Your personal dashboard shows how many incidents you have reported and the status of each one, without having to ask.

Ask the chatbot. If you would rather not fill in a form, use the chatbot instead. It asks you questions and prompts you for the details it needs, so you don’t have to work out what to include.

Phone our Service Operations Centre. Tap the Help icon on Century City Assist and you can phone the SOC directly. This includes emergencies, so if you need urgent help, phone rather than fill in a form.

Check the traffic cameras. There is a link on the page to view the traffic cameras, so you can see conditions before you set off.

Add Century City Assist to your phone

Saving a shortcut puts an icon on your phone, so Century City Assist is one tap away, just like an app.

On Android

  2. In the top right corner of your phone, you will see three dots. Click these.
  3. Scroll down to “Install and create shortcut” and click it.
  4. Click “Create shortcut”. This will place the icon on your phone.

On iPhone

Steps may look slightly different depending on your browser or phone model.
