- The Promoter of this competition is The Century City Property Owners’ Association (CCPOA).
- By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the competition. Furthermore, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and are not legally prohibited from entering.
- The competition will run from 17 February 2025 to 23:59 on 23 February 2025. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transmission.

- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- You may only enter this competition if you are residing in Cape Town for the duration of the competition and able to collect the prize.
- The prize includes one pair of ASICS Gel-Cumulus 27 running shoes valued at R3200.
- The winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries on Monday, 24 February 2025. The winner will be announced via Century City’s Instagram Stories.
- The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner via email or phone within seven days following the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
- The prize is neither negotiable nor transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- By entering this competition, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information solely for the purposes of conducting the competition in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act of 2020.
- Participants agree that the Promoter may use the winner’s name and images for publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winner may opt out of promotional activities by notifying the Promoter in writing.
- Employees or directors of CCPOA, ASICS, or any associated agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Participants indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its employees, and any associated parties from any loss, injury, or harm resulting from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
- The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this competition.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
