We are excited to announce that we are once again able to host our annual Century City Sports Festival. The event will take place over the weekend of 27 February – 2 March 2025 and as in previous years, certain events will require intermittent road closures.
Sections of Century Boulevard, Century Way, Esplanade Road and Park Lane will be closed from 6:45 am – 9:00 am on Saturday 1 March 2025 for the Century City 10km Express and 5km Fun Run Road Races – see map for further information. This will be managed by our Century City Emergency Response Units with the CoCT Traffic Department assisting.
Esplanade Road and sections of Century Way will be closed from 7:20 am until
12:45 am on Sunday 2 March 2025 to accommodate our Cycling Criterium race.
The roads will be briefly opened to allow for vehicular access in and out of the surrounding buildings. This will be managed by our Century City Emergency Response Units – see map for further information.
Vehicles entering or exiting buildings may experience delays but will be escorted in and out as efficiently as possible.
The Century City Sports Festival is our premier sporting event of the year, and we would like to encourage all of our Century City residents, tenants and stakeholders to come out and support this exciting event. Temporary Road Closures for Century City Sports Festival
The 16th annual Century City Sports Festival commences on
Thursday, 27 February – Sunday 2 March 2025
To accommodate the Cycling Criterium Event taking place on Sunday, 2 March, Esplanade Road and parts of Century Way will be closed from 07h20 until 12h45 with various intervals between races to allow for vehicular access.
All vehicles entering or exiting buildings may experience delays but will be escorted by our marshals as efficiently as possible.
