The Century City Property Owners' Association (CCPOA) is conducting its Service Improvement Survey.

This is an opportunity for all Century City stakeholders - our property owners, the developer, residents, tenants, those who work here and also our visitors - to assess the level of service that they receive from the CCPOA and suggest areas of improvement.

As the CCPOA, we are responsible for a wide range of functions and services including:

  • Advancement of Century City as a quality development reflecting its aspirational lifestyle and ensuring investors, residents, business workers, shoppers and visitors receive added value.
  • General safety and security, emergency and response and traffic management.
  • Safe and reliable public transport including managing the Public Transport Interchange and liaising with MyCiTi, Golden Arrow bus services and taxi operations.
  • Storm water management, maintenance of the canals and water quality.
  • Maintaining and landscaping of all public areas, running an on-site indigenous nursery and supplying treated effluent for irrigation and Green Building purposes.
  • Management and the environmental conservation of Intaka Island, our award-winning wetlands conservation area.

Area Cleaning and maintaining all infrastructure including roads, walkways, bridges and guardhouses, street lighting and perimeter fencing. Application of the Urban Design Framework endorsed through the actions of the Design Review Committee. Marketing and management of the Century City Brand, communication with the Century City community and sourcing, co-ordination and management of events. The full accounting and corporate governance function as required including levy administration and collection.

The results of previous surveys have helped us to prioritise our projects and structure our budget in a way that best benefits Century City as a whole.
