Century City Canoe Club

Having gone from strength to strength, the Century City Canoe Club is one of our fastest growing sports clubs. Based at the Century City Clubhouse, the club holds time trials every Monday on the 6km of navigable canals. Members have access to safe and secure parking, canoe storage and change room facilities as well as use of the Clubhouse.

Century City Athletic Club

Still in its fledging stage, the Century City Athletic Club is set for great things. Meeting every Tuesday night at the Century City Clubhouse, runners take in the beautiful scenery of Century City while taking advantage of the many running routes on offer.

Adventure Bootcamp

Outrun that winter flab. Get ready for the Bikini Season at Adventure Boot Camp.

Are you still hiding underneath your winter woolies? Summer is around the corner! Start shedding your layers with Adventure Boot Camp and you’ll be ready to flaunt your body in no time at all.

Camps take place on Central Park field in Century City and ladies can choose to attend camp 3 or 5 days/week, for one hour a day, in the morning. Our qualified personal trainiers make use of the natural obstacles found in the immediate environment to ensure you get a diverse, full body workout.

Exercises are specifically designed to target the areas women want to improve on most and these activities include short distance running, rope skipping, abs and core training, Pilates, obstacle courses, circuit training, weights, mat work, games and hiking. It’s a great way to get outdoors, network with other women and make new friends. Progress can be tracked and free personalized eating plans can be downloaded to help you start your journey to health and wellness.

Goju Ryu Karate lessons

Starting 17 January 2012, Goju Ryu Karate tones the body, develops co-ordination, quickens reflexes and builds stamina without the danger of harmful injuries. The practice of karate develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into your mental capabilities and more self-confidence.

Classes will be held in the Endeavour Educare school hall every Tuesday at the following times and for the following age groups:

Grade 1-3
16:15 - 17:00

Grade 4-7
17:15 - 18:15

Grade 8-12 and adults
18:30 - 20:00
