Record turnout for parkrun!

The weekly Century City parkrun is growing from strength to strength with a record number of runners – 1 110 – participating on the third Saturday in January

The Century City parkrun started on 14 May 2016 and since then 5 837 different runners, including participants from 114 athletics clubs, have taken part.

In all there have been 22 447 runs covering a total distance of 112 235km

The average number of runners per week over the first 37 events is 606.7 while the average number of runs per runner since the start is 3.8 with an average run time of 00:38:49.

All in all, the total hours run amounts to 1 year, 240 days, 4 hours, 40 minutes and 59 seconds!
