For the runner in you, there is no better place to be than the Century City Athletic Club.
With a 5km timetrial every Tuesday evening, this friendly club is open to all fitness levels and ages.

Century City also boasts its very own parkrun, along a scenic 5km route around the canals, taking place every Saturday morning at 8am at Central Park. http://www.parkrun.co.za/centurycity/
Central Park field is also home to both our Om Revolution Sunset Yoga classes as well as our Adventure Bootcamp for women, with Yoga taking place Mondays and Wednesday at 6pm, and Adventure Bootcamp every morning and evening.
