Von Seidels, the largest full-service Intellectual Property law firm in the Western Cape has moved into its new larger Century City offices, 1 Park Close overlooking  the Central Park Oval.

Founded in 2007 by six partners who were previously with Bowman Gilfillan’s IP department, Von Seidels, has since established itself as a leading IP law firm winning a number of awards. It specializes in protecting and enforcing IP rights in South Africa and throughout the rest of Africa.

The law practice originally occupied 600 square metre offices in The Estuaries office park at Century City but its rapid expansion necessitated the move to its new larger 1400 square metre premises which also allows ample space for planned future growth.

Erik van der Vyver, a partner at Von Seidels, who has project managed the construction of their new offices from start to finish, said the move was an exciting milestone for their firm.

“We sincerely thank our clients and colleagues both locally and abroad for their on-gooing support and contributions to enable us to grow and be the firm that we are today.”

He added that the new space and layout of their offices provided them with a state-of-the-art, comfortable working environment which would help them further improve efficiencies and their service to clients.
