Century City residential sales up 150%

It's official, the residential property has finally turned with sales at Century City up a staggering 150% for the year to end June.

Allen Usher, managing director of Property World, the official on-site agency for developers, Rabie Property Group, said they had secured a total of 104 sales at Century City totaling R206million for the past financial year against 46 sales totaling R83million the previous year.

Century City now home to 50 000

An estimated 50 000 people are currently either living and/or working at Century City, the premier new development node in Cape Town.

Since the 250ha mixed use development was launched in the late 1990s, 3500 front doors and more than 300 000 square metres of offices have been built.

Coming soon! Century City office land for sale

Century City Railway Station Opens - Time Table

The new R60m Century City Station will start operating from June in time for the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup™. The station which is co-funded by the Century City developer, the Rabie Property Group, is on the Cape Town/Bellville line via Monte Vista.

Grysbok return to Century City!

Grysbok have returned to Century City, 14 years after they were last spotted in the area.

The re-introduction of two Grysbok - a pregnant female and a younger male - to the Intaka Island wetlands conservation area in the heart of Century City follows a lengthy approval process and has the full support of Cape Nature, the City of Cape Town's Nature Conservation Department and the Blouvlei/Intaka Island Environmental Committee.
